            The Committee on Finance moved to amend the bill on page eight, section ten, line thirty-three, following the word “jurisdiction”, by inserting a colon and the following:

            “Provided, That in no circumstance may the disability payments begin prior to termination of employment in order to avoid an in-service distribution”.
